In the context of a property sale, the agency's remuneration is set at 5% excluding VAT of the sale price payable by the seller, plus 3% excluding VAT payable by the buyer. In the specific case of a property exchange, each party pays fees amounting to 5% excluding VAT.

The commercial and industrial sector meets specific requirements. For the sale of a business asset, goodwill, or industrial property, as well as for the transfer of leasehold rights, fees are fixed at 6% excluding VAT for the seller and 3% excluding VAT for the buyer. It should be noted that in the event of a business sale following the exercise of pre-emption rights, only the 6% commission excluding VAT payable by the seller is due, with the buyer being exempt.
